Lea-Ann Smith, who works as the Social and Wellbeing Manager at Margaret House Residential and Dementia Care Home has been shortlisted as one of the six finalists for ‘Care Employee of the Year’ at the 2019 Caring UK Awards, with the overall winner to be announced at the Awards ceremony in Leicester in November.
Lea-Ann, who won the HCPA Compassion in Care award for Hertfordshire last year said “I am thrilled to have made the final, but it is everyone in the team at Margaret House who contribute to making it an outstanding place to work and support me to do my job, which I love, to the best of my ability”.
